Libraries can selectively turn off borrowing or lending on OpenRS. This is a settings change on the server and can be changed as needed. To change your borrowing or lending please send a ticket to help@mobiusconsortium.org.
If lending is turned off the shelving locations for that library won't show in OpenRS.
If borrowing is turned off patrons will attempt to place a request and get a message their library is not participating in OpenRS.
A list of libraries with current stoppages can be found here (should your library suspend borrowing or lending, please note it on the list).
