The brief view shows the request date, patron barcode, title, supplying library, current status, the polling count for the current status, and how long it’s been in that status.
Clicking on a line entry shows the general information about the request as well as a button to check for updates in case it is only stuck.
The Bib Record tab shows the information on the bib record as well as what records it is clustered with in OpenRS.
The supplying tab shows information from the lending library, including local barcode, shelving location, and local status.
The Borrowing tab shows the local patron/request and the virtual item
The Pickup tab shows details on the pickup location and virtual patron/item.
The Audit Log shows step by step details in the request processing.
Each entry can be clicked on for more details including any error messages.
