​Log into OpenRS:

1. Click on Libraries

1. Scroll down to the library to edit:

1. Click on it and select Circulation:

1. Select disable borrowing or lending:

1. Fill in the form:

1. Select a matching category, any reason that makes sense, and I use the ticket URL for the change reference. Click on “disable” to save.
2. One the Google Doc highlight active steps in green, completed in grey.

NOTE: To reopen follow the same step but to enable.
