6.1.1 Looping OpenRS Materials

• When books come are being sent back to their owning library the library name should be crossed out and "RETURNED" written on the bookband or label.
• If a library gets a book back with "RETURNED" on the label and on checkin it prompts to send it back to the same library and patron, the hold should be cancelled.
